What it does

Specialist installation is only as useful as the record returned to the project team. Geo Mana undertakes proof-load and acceptance testing where specified, and maintains drill depths, ground observations, grout information, photographs and exceptions through delivery. We can also provide independent witnessing and test records for defined verification scope.

Methodology

How the work runs

Every stage is matched to the engineer’s design and the conditions found on the face.

  1. 01

    Confirm the test method

Design load, equipment, hold times, acceptance criteria, witnessing and reporting requirements are agreed.

  2. 02

    Capture installation data

Setout, depths, ground conditions, materials and relevant exceptions are recorded as the work proceeds.

  3. 03

    Test and witness

Loads and observations are captured against the agreed procedure, including failures or non-conforming results.

  4. 04

    Issue the record

Signed test information and field records are returned promptly for engineering review and close-out.
